End to PHE marks return to pre-pandemic processes

With the end of the national public health emergency (PHE) on April 10, 2023, COVID-19 emergency measures are being discontinued. See our updated table, showing how the various waivers and adjustments have already been removed or will be changed effective May 12, 2023.

We truly appreciate the amazing support of our network providers in caring for so many people affected by COVID-19 across Arizona. Our sincere thanks to each and every one of you!

COVID-19 vaccines

COVID-19 vaccines and boosters will be added to the list of covered preventive services. Many plans cover preventive care services at little or no cost share. Always check the member’s eligibility and benefits for specific information.
